Anna and Kristi – Office Coordinator/Receptionist
When you call our office, Anna and Kristi will greet you with a warm, helpful voice. Their goal is to serve you, the patient, in all aspects of scheduling and billing. Being “people persons”, they enjoy the relationships they have been able to build with patients and their referring offices over many, many years.
Lisa – Chairside Assistant
Lisa has 20 years of dental experience. She has assisted Dr. Swanson for over 15 years. Her main goal is to make sure all patients have a comfortable visit with us. Outside the office, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family. Her hobbies include reading, cooking, and spoiling her grand baby!
Jessica – Chairside Assistant
Jessica loves to connect with our patients and always lends a compassionate ear. She has dedicated her assisting career to the specialty of endodontics and enjoys helping make our patient’s experience a positive and comfortable one. Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as fitness and outdoor activities. She’s a dog lover!
Jordyn – Chairside Assistant
Jordyn is a wonderful communicator and wants to help every one of her patients through their experience in our office. She is extremely quick to learn and is always eager to lend a helping hand, especially to those whom are nervous! Jordyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Jessica – Chairside Assistant
Jessica is a highly skilled and compassionate dental assistant with over 15 years of experience in the field. With a warm and friendly demeanor, Jessica immediately puts patients at ease and goes above and beyond to ensure their comfort during procedures. Her professionalism and attention to detail are unmatched, as she expertly assists Dr. Pflum during root canal procedures. Jessica loves to read and be with her family.
Nicole – Chairside Assistant
Nicole’s extensive experience in the dental field has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the importance of a gentle touch and a kind approach. She always puts the needs of her patients first, taking the time to listen to their concerns and answering any questions they may have. Her calm and reassuring demeanor helps patients feel confident and at ease during what can be a stressful and uncomfortable experience. Nicole is a compassionate mother, friend and confidant who will go out of her way for anyone.
Melissa – Chairside Assistant
Melissa has been a dental assistant for over 10 years, and during that time has become a compassionate and kind professional. Her patients know her for her gentle touch and her ability to make them feel comfortable and at ease during their dental procedures. This compassion and kindness carried over into her professional life as a dental assistant, where she is known for going above and beyond to make sure her patients feel comfortable and relaxed.
